Payments
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment through Secure Trading Limited. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit or debit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Handling charges are charged separately for both U.K. and overseas consignments. Roy Kirkham & Co Limited is not responsible for duties and taxes levied in other countries, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Schedule
We start preparing your order right away. U.K. customers will normally receive their order within 28 days . International orders are generally despatched within 28 days.
Back Orders
If in the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is charged. All prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of VAT. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero at the checkout.
Guarantee
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. If for any reason your products arrive damaged in the post, please contact Roy Kirkham & Co. Limited immediately by telephone or e-mail sales@roykirkham.co.uk .DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING as this may require inspection to establish the cause of the breakage. A replacement will be sent by return of post.
If you are unhappy in any other way please telephone or e-mail sales@roykirkham.co.uk in order that your complaint can be resolved. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation and Returns Policy. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for exmple, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
